Vision: The Welcoming Community Advisory Committee builds conditions to address systemic barriers and create a genuine sense of belonging for all in northeast Minnesota. Northspan’s Welcoming Community program is guided by a 32-person advisory committee with over 50% representation from underrepresented communities.
